Ben and Tammi are from Roanoke, VA and they met in high school. They have been married for twenty-six years and they have three children, who are in college. In 1993, they both decided to make Jesus Lord of their lives. They entered the full time ministry in 1995 and have never looked back ever since then. Today, Ben and Tammi lead the great Bridge Pointe Church.
While Ben currently holds a Masters in Divinity from Mercer University and a doctorate from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, he was also a Distinguished graduate from the U.S Military Academy at West Point. Ben credits much of his leadership development from his days as a cadet at West Point and Captain of the Army football team. Although leading this entire congregation, Ben also served as a chaplain for the Veterans Medical Center and as an adjunct professor of Leadership at Mercer University.
Tammi’s passion is to promote the spiritual and emotional well-being of all women through an integrative and balanced approach by focusing on mind, body and spirit in order to help women live an authentic and productive lifestyle. Tami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University. Most of Tammi’s professional career has involved leadership in non-profit sector. Tammi leads the Women’s Ministry at Bridge Pointe Church.
Ben and Tammi completed training in Professional Coaching at the Pastoral Institute in Columbus, GA. They currently provide coaching to couples seeking to become engaged, married couples; and individuals and teams who are “stuck”.
